SNMP value representation inquiry

I control the SNMP device showing the voltage of 230V. The device exposes the information that the window displays depending on the number 0 or 1. 1 indicates the correct status, 0 means there is no energy.  How to make - when shows 1 this to be green when it displays 0 was red?
