NetFlow9 Sensor not receiving data after update

We have a Netflow9 sensor configured, which has stopped working, since updating PRTG software to the latest version.

I have run a Wireshark trace, and can see that the Netflow packets are being sent to the PRTG server.

Thank you for your KB post.

We will need some information and screenshots from your PRTG, so please open a support ticket and we will continue troubleshooting there. Please refer to this KB article in the ticket.

Please provide us the following information in the ticket:

- the screenshots of the Netflow sensor,

- the results from the Netflow V9 Tester.
