Hi Amanda,

Are you able to access PRTG through the webinterface? If that does not work either, open PRTG Core Server Log (1).log located in C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs (System) on the PRTG server. Search for the latest entry containing Startup: Starting webserver. It will show you you which IPs and ports PRTG's webserver currently uses and adjust the connection setting if necessary in Enterprise Console.

Kind regards,

Erhard
