We need to take a look at the log files of your PRTG, so that we can give you a precise answer. Therefore please open a support ticket, attach a support bundle and we will continue troubleshooting there.

Hello,

You can open a support ticket via the "Contact Support" ribbon in the lower right corner of your PRTG web interface.

Alternatively, you can send an email with description of your problem directly to "[email protected]".
