Could you use our SNMP Tester and check the following OIDs:

OIDValue
1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.3.0Total Swap Memory
1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.5.0Total Real Memory
1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.11.0Total Real Memory

...and post the results? Thanks!
