Dear Ms./Mr.

Our School use PRTG network monitoring tool. (with 500 sensor) I'm very satisfied the monitoring tool.

I would like to ask there are any possibility to manually configure, setup one ore to site into the Cloud HTTP monitoring. Our school located in Hanoi, Vietnam and I would like to measure the https://mail.google.com address access from Vietnam. Due to the reason we have a lot of problem with our Internet Service Provider.

Thank you and best regards Ferenc

Dear Ferenc,

Thank you for your support inquiry.

The Cloud HTTP Sensor monitors the loading time of a web server via HTTP from different locations worldwide using the PRTG Cloud. Unfortunately, we currently don't have servers from Vietnam in our PRTG Cloud offering.

Assuming that your PRTG Core Server (or any Remote Probe) is connected to the internet, you can monitor the availability and response time of mail.google.com with our standard HTTP Sensor. Just enter the desired URL when setting-up the sensor. Please find further information on the HTTP Sensor in our manual.
