APC Universal I/O sensors

I have a new APC with an expansion card with sensors in it. How do I connect those sensors in PRTG? It are a remote Humidity and Temperature sensor.

Update: We have now published a device template for Advanced metrics on APC equipment that implements the POWERNET-MIB. This includes temperature readings from the uioSensorStatusTable and iemStatusProbesTable (if available). You can get it here:


APC's devices usually support SNMP. You'll have to check APC's documentation for the OID's and or MIB Files. For instance:

I've reviewed two "similar" cases recently, the information should be available in one of the following tables:

NameBase OID
uioSensorStatusTableSize1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.1
iemStatusProbesTable1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.2.3.2

The Table sensor will be deploy-able on either of the OID's, the values can be formatted/adjusted (division) in the channel settings after the sensor's deployment. I advise following this guide:
