Hello,

The error message "Socket Error #11004" indicates that the hostname of the device could not be resolved. Please enter the IP address of the according device and try to create the sensors anew.

Are other SNMP sensors working on the device? e.g. SNMP Uptime?

Please use the OIDlibrary you created in our free SNMP Tester to scan against the device. https://www.paessler.com/tools/snmptester
