Removing Notification Placeholder Headers

Is there anyway to disable headers when sending SMS notifications? For instance, I use the %commentsgroup placeholder which always begins with the line "Group Comments" and is not necessary. I am limited on characters when it comes to SMS.

Dear David

In the recent past, we worked the placeholder resolution. Some notifications get that header. Which PRTG version are you currently using?

Currently on the latest version: 16.4.27.6720. Is there no way to toggle the header then?

Dear David

This seems to be a bug. Normally, with the current version, the header should only be applied in emails. We will look into this and likely remove this header for non-email notifications. I cannot say which PRTG version will include this change, it can take some weeks or even a few months until it appears in the stable release.

Dear vandrade,

Am I assuming correctly that you are referring to HTML email notifications? Those cannot be customized anymore regarding their content, this is only possible with text-emails.

Kind regards,

Erhard
