Autoupdate 16.4.27.6720 fehlgeschlagen

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

das automatische Update von Version 16.2.23.3270 auf 16.4.27.6720 funktioniert bei uns nicht. Der Update Status enthält folgende Fehlermeldung:

Neues ToDo-Ticket: Auto-Update fehlgeschlagen Das Auto-Update von PRTG ist fehlgeschlagen. Die laufende Version ist 16.2.23.3270, beabsichtigt war 16.4.27.6720. Bitte überprüfen Sie die Logdateien "PRTG Server Update.log" und "PRTG Server Install.log" auf weitere Informationen. Sie finden beide Dateien im angehängten Zip-Archiv. Falls Sie eine Datei von PRTG (z. B. eine html oder css Datei des Webservers) auf Nur-Lesen gesetzt haben, entfernen Sie dieses Kennzeichen und versuchen Sie es erneut.

Das Autoupdate lief jahrelang fehlerfrei!

Sehr geehrter Herr Vesely,

scheinbar haben sich die PRTG Dienste beim Beenden aufgehangen. Die Ursache hierfür ist aus dem Log leider nicht ersichtlich. Stoppen Sie die Dienste bitte manuell, alternativ können Sie auch "PRTG Server.exe" und "PRTG Probe.exe" im Taskmanager beenden und anschließend den Installer (C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\download\PRTG Network Monitor
16.4.27.6720 Setup Commercial (Stable).exe) manuell ausführen.
