One of mine REmote proble, keep crash. I could provide you with the systems log

Faulting application name: PRTG Probe.exe, version: 16.4.27.6846, time stamp: 0x580a1b4f Faulting module name: PRTG Probe.exe, version: 16.4.27.6846, time stamp: 0x580a1b4f Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x002ed777 Faulting process id: 0xf9c Faulting application start time: 0x01d23a61fa85ed07 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\PRTG Probe.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\PRTG Probe.exe Report Id: 034da758-a65d-11e6-8fd1-00155da84743

I can't see anything in the systemslog other than it says WMIService restart. is this normal? Could we enable debug logs, somehow?

Hello Kenneth,

A new version (16.4.27.6984/6985) was released today addressing WMI issues. Update to this version using Auto-Update in PRTG.

Kind regards,

Erhard
