PRTG no sending Email Notification

Hello All,

PRTG has a working email before however just yesterday Email notification no longer push forward.

Error seen is

Stat Disconnected Stat Disconnected Error Sending "email" : Connection failed (XXXXXXXXX)

however when using telnet port 25 to the mail server it can successfully connect. FW, mail servers has already been checked but still same error

Do anyone has any idea on this?

Dear Caspoinc

Please enable the PRTG notification debug log. The log should provide you more details. Once the issue has been isolated, please turn the debug log off because it writes a lot of data for every notification sent.
