What are the outbound firewall rules needed to allow a PRTG core system to send support tickets and bundles back to Paessler?

You're absolutely correct. I've double checked and it is currently documented here:

The current URL is:

https://api.prtgcloud.com:443

I will check whenever we're able to add it to the KB-Article that I've linked earlier.

I've seen that page but it does not show anything related to creating a support ticket or uploading a support bundle.
