Prtg service not retsarting after a weekly reboot on a DELL workstation with Windows 7 SP1

We have a stand-alone workstation/server that our main probe runs on, a DELL workstation running Windows 7 Pro sp1. We have for sometime setup a task for a weekly reboot. Recently the service although set to automatic failed to start and we lost reporting data during this time. I know we can modify the service for an additional alert etc. Just wondering if any one ha had this happen more or less out of the blue and what you may have done or discovered.

Hm, maybe we should track down the cause of the failed start. Please open up a ticket with [email protected] and send us a support bundle via Setup > Contact Support :)

What errorr do you get? You can also zip the Logs (System) folder located in the following path:
C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\

...and send it to [email protected] with a reference to this thread :)
