Netflow configuration issues

I recently installed a netflow sensor for my Cisco ASA 5510. I have used the netflow tester utility to confirm that the PC with the probe is able to see packets coming from the device. However, no data is displaying on the sensor.

Hello,

This can be done via the "Contact Support" ribbon in the lower right corner of the web interface of your PRTG.
