Netflow configuration issues

I recently installed a netflow sensor for my Cisco ASA 5510. I have used the netflow tester utility to confirm that the PC with the probe is able to see packets coming from the device. However, no data is displaying on the sensor.

I was not able to find the link to open a support ticket from the web portal. How do I go about that?
