XML Custom EXE/Script Sensor 1 credential issue

Votes:

0

Hi,

We are starting to use XML Custom EXE/Script Sensor but what ever I try, i get the error;

Access denied. Please check your Windows credentials. (code: PE095)

I've tried my Windows-setting with computername, or without or wit a dot, but nothing seems to work. WMI sensors are working although so I wonder why I get the credential error

hope to hear from you

Best regards Dave

Hi there,

What "Security Context" is set within the sensor settings? Please try to use the "Use Windows credentials of parent device" option instead. Shouldn't this work, the activate the "Write EXE result to disk" option and check the logs.
