How exactly the threshold notification works ? If i set a threshold notification for packet loss whenever goes beyond 10% for at least 600secs (10 min) when the notification trigger ?

It is if during those 10 min packet loss get to 10% once or more, it is if get twice to 5%, it is if it get ten times to 1% or whatever comes first ?

Threshold configured to 10% really means 10% - as soon as it is over 10% for the configured amount of time, the trigger will fire.

sorry for be redundant but to be sure if during those 10 minutes packet loss get to 5% twice, it wont trigger and the trigger is not cumulative during the time period been watch, it really have to hit the mark of 10% at once ?
