HP Proliant physical disk - "Could not find any disk on this device, (code:PE188)

I'm trying to add the HP Proliant Physical Disk sensor but I receive the error "Could not find any disk on this device. (code:PE188).

I've installed the HP Insight Management Agents and HP Insight Management WBEM Providers, as well as HPE System Management Homepage. I'm using PRTG version 16.3.26.

What could be causing this error?

We need some more information from your PRTG (logs, screenshots, etc.). Please open a support ticket so we will continue troubleshooting there. Please refer to this KB article in the ticket.
