true or false reply

hi, i have a snesor that comes back as true or false ( its a cisco stack information ) but its always green, how can i make false go red and alert. ?

Hi Stuart,

Does it actually return an integer value like "0" for false and "1" for true? If so, then you can define a custom lookup which will display "true" for "1" and "false" for "0".

hi, thanks for reply, I installed the MIB files for stackwise, and via a scan it works saying true or false, thats how it detected it and shows, its just how do i make it know false is bad :)

For this purpose please use the "SNMP Custom String Lookup" sensor.

hi it does come back saying true or false, its just its always green regardless of what it returns as, I want it to go red if its false...

How did you configured the "SNMP Custom String Lookup" sensor? Please forward us a screenshot (upload it on a free-image-host) of the sensor settings.
