Sensor Error in Library - Can't Open

Votes:

0

I am getting a strange error within a Library I created. If I am at the root group, I can open up sensors as normal and it works fine.

Within a library, every time I click on a sensor or device within the library, I get the following error:

Error (Bad Request) The selected object cannot be used here.

This only happens in library's but as I use library's for my users to access I need this working. Any ideas what might be causing this error?

Dear christ

Please provide more information:

  • Are you using the web interface, or the Enterprise Console?
  • Are you logged in as a PRTG admin, or as a normal PRTG user?
  • Is the "Access Rights" section of the library configured accordingly?
  • Did you create that library yourself, or did someone else create it?
