I'm not sure I'm following. Do you want to send alerts to a phone running the PRTG Mobile App using Push Notifications? In this case please refer to:
Please beware however that in the current PRTG version 17.1.28.xxxx customers with an Expired Trial are unable to use push notifications. This is being worked on and will work again with PRTG release 17.1.29.xxxx. Currently, trying to send PUSH notifications will produce the following error in the Log (Notification Related) (Logs > System Events > Notifications) :
Error sending "Push Notification": Unknown error response |
