Logging Out every few seconds

This is our second day of evaluating PRTG in the 30 day trial mode. We are experiencing an issue where we are unable to stay logged in to the web interface. It has occurred in as little as 5 seconds after login, but up to 30 seconds.

I thought it could potentially be someone else logging in causing it to void the session, but I ran the powershell script to see if there were any users logged in and that only returned the local 127.0.0.1 login.

Is there some setting that I may have misconfigured?

Does this occur on all browsers, even with the PRTG Administrator account? Under Setup > System Administration > User Interface > Website > Automatic Logout after [ ] Minutes, you can configure this behavior. But your logouts sound like they are caused by something else. Do you see a large loading icon, stating that you'll be logged out in a few?

This appears to have been browser related. I have resolved the issue in the affected browser by resetting it.
