Hi there,

The message (Timeout. No packets received. (code: PE062)) indicates that the port between both devices is beeing blocked by a firewall, anti virus software or other security software. Please double chack the the port is not used by another programm or blocked. Are you performing any NAT or PAT for these packets?

For the records:

This will happen when edit the target probe or core name in Probe Name field in the Basic Probe Settings page

To Fix, go to the QoS sensor settings page, edit any field to highlight the Save button, then click it to save the changes. In a couple of minutes it (should) be working again.

Regards

Omar.
