Dear Paessler Support Team,

we are using PRTG Version 16.4.28.7421. PRTG-Server is running on a Virtual Maschine. We do have a commercial License with active maintenance. We changed something in our virtual infrastructure. (New ESXi Host-Servers with Intel CPUs - former servers were equipped with AMD). Could this be the reason for the message? We did'nt changed anything on the virtual machines, just moved them to the new ESXi Hosts.

"The problem should be fixed with the latest PRTG version. Please download it from the shop and install it. Remember to update your EC installation as well, since the bug mainly originates from a bug within the EC :)"

Is this the same Problem and if yes was it solved in the new Version PRTG 17?

Hi,

It should be fixed within v29, but changing the processor does indeed change the system ID. Please open up a support inquiry so we can activate it properly :)
