hi I installed PRTG on windos 7 sp1 32 bit. then I uninstalled it. now i can't install it again. the error code is: An error occurred while trying to read the source file: the source file "C:\User\...\appdata\local\temp\is-EQHVF.tmp\probe\{aap}\PRTGProbeUpdate.exe" does not exist

I have used four different setup file type. but in all of them, i have this error

Sorry, I meant the filename of the PRTG setup, but I assume it's PRTG Network Monitor 17.1.29.1427 Setup (Stable).exe?

Any antivirus applications that might block the installer? Did you try to run it as administrator?

Hello Sisi,

Do you have try to save the setup file on your desktop before to run it.

We can see that setup try to run in a "temp area". Like had write Stephan, if you have an antivirus, this area can be problematic.
