I'm afraid that only the number of sent notifications and the total number of status changes are logged. This cannot be broken down to particular triggers.
You could create your own script to write a log file every time a trigger gets activated. This script can be activated with a new Execute Program notification and will require an additional trigger wherever your mentioned state trigger is configured.
