Hello there,

I would recommend putting a Ping sensor on the device and in the Ping sensor's "Settings" tab, head to section "SCHEDULES, DEPENDENCIES, AND MAINTENANCE WINDOW" and set it to "Master object for parent". This will pause all sensors on the device as soon as ping fails.

What sensor are you referring to that is still showing "down"? Try pausing and resuming the sensor, does it start working then again?

Kind regards,

Erhard
