Hello,

I get this error message :

No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (erreur SNMP # -2003)

While trying to add a sensor on my vm.

EON is already configurated to monitor this machine using SNMP protocol and actually working.

Why i have this problem with PRTG ?

Regards

Hello there,

Please check "SNMP Credentials" in tab "Settings" of the device in PRTG to see if the settings match the device's SNMP configuration (version, port, community string). If that's the case, check the SNMP configuration of the target. In many cases there is a setting for which hosts are allowed to send SNMP requests and if PRTG is not in that "allowed hosts list", its SNMP requests will be ignored.

Kind regards,
