Powershell custom sensor

I created a powershell script that returns disk space, CPU, memory etc and I'm using it as a custom EXE sensor. Only problem is its kicking back a "Response not well formed" error so I'm guessing its not liking the format of the response data the script is giving. How exactly does PRTG like to read the output of a powershell script and then display it into PRTG?
