hi there,

when running the Sensor APC UPS Health is get's locked into a 110V version but as we are using 220V in the Netherlands the sensors fail on all our UPS'es. how can I adjust the PRTG sensor so it will affect all of our devices (instead of manually adjusting the limits on all sensors)?

kind regards, Ronald.

Hi there,

This should be adjusted in the latest version PRTG Network Monitor 17.2.30.x

Please update and see if this resolves the error.

Best regards, Felix
