In your PRTG Notifications video, at about eighth minute, your presales engineer talks about notifications escalations. https://www.paessler.com/support/videos/prtg-videos/6

The thing that's rather unclear is whether you'd get two actions triggered simultaneously in case that state trigger contained configuration like this When sensor state is Warning for at least 60 seconds perform Ticket Notification When sensor state is Warning for at least 60 seconds perform Email notification and repeat every 0 minutes

Also, are there any bulit-in dependencies? i.e. Would the second line be invoked in case the first one failed?

Hi there,

It's true that the two triggers will be activated simultaneously. So if both triggers will be triggered after 60 seconds, then they will run simultaneously. Of course you can define different values, the ticket will be triggered after 60 seconds and the email after 300 seconds. The triggers don't have dependencies among themselves as they are treated individually.

Best regards.
