PRTG Map NTP Compare

I have a Linux NTP server I would like to get a map together showing its current time compared to global time. Is it also possible to do the same for my network devices?

I think it would be good to have at a glance my NTP devices plus my network devices that are pointing to them so I know when something gets out of sync

Well, the SNTP sensor only displays the offset between NTP server and PRTG server, so that might not be an option. That given, you may need to use some custom sensors (depending on the target OS), to pull the time from the appliance and display it [the time of the host] in the sensor message field. Then you could use the sensor message map objects in the Status Icons folder to show them on a map.

Okay cool, So another thing If I'm at my home PRTG screen, I go to search for "NTPSensor" it then displays all my NTP sensors right, How can I make a map that displays the same thing? My first thought is to just manually go through each server and make the map object to display sensor but should I be able to make a custom HTM that would display such a search result in my map?

Using the small gauges map object will probably give you the best view of them. Tag based filter on the map only applies to the datatables which are probably too small to read from a distance.
