Why since my update, device status are not seen from web interface?

Since my last update, device status dissapear from my web interface. I tried deleting cookies, with different web browsers and differet PCs but nothing happend.

Hello,

Thank you for the KB-Post. Can you please share some screenshots to further describe the issue, because it's not really clear as of now.
