How can I monitor a folder for new files but ignore deleted files

I want to monitor a folder and be notified when new files are added but not when files are deleted. Is this possible?

Dear billo333

The folder sensor only allows to show the number of objects, and the age of the newest (and oldest) file. It cannot monitor actual file processes like the creation or deletion of files. The change trigger for this sensor reacts to any change, it cannot be constricted to only trigger on a change on the newest file.
