Can't conect to server

i have problem like this Waiting for Core server start ...

Connecting to: http://127.0.0.1/home?username=prtgadmin&passhash=910284184 failed...: Socket Error # 10061 Connection refused.

please help me !!!

Hey Joseph,

Have you already tried to reboot the machine or to re-install PRTG by using the installer which can be found under C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\PRTG Installer Archive ?

In case that these steps do not help, please open a new support ticket for this case (using the TicketNo PAE866223) and forward us a Support Bundle including the log files from PRTG and some screenshots of the received error message.
