Hi, I would like to know if is it possible (and, in case, how) to configure PRTG in order to monitor potential IP conflicts within a network.

Thanks in advance

PRTG is not able to do this on it's own. PRTG is designed to work on Layer3 and working on Layer3 only it is not able to notice the IP Conflic. However, if you have switches or some other appliance that you can monitor with PRTG that is able to produce alerts when there's an IP conflict, this would be one way to do it.
