snmp traffic sensor bintec lan interfaces missing

when adding a snmp traffic sensor for a bintec router there is no lan Interface or Bridge Interface offered (only vpn Interfaces). in older Versions of prtg (maybe bintec Releases) you could easily add a bandwidth sensor for bintec lan Interfaces.

is there any solution? thank you.

Hello Chris, we appreciate your contact.

Please download the "SNMP Tester" from our website and issue a "Scan Interfaces" test. Please share the outcome.

Hello Chris,
thank you for your reply.

That confirms that these are the only interfaces present in the ifTable and ifXTable of the IF-MIB on your device:

Found standard interfaces:
30010001: (30010001) DSL1,Connected,0 KBit/s,PPP,, 64 Bit
38100001: (38100001) IPSEC1,Not Connected,0 KBit/s,Tunnel,, 64 Bit
38100002: (38100002) IPSEC2,Connected,0 KBit/s,Tunnel,, 64 Bit
38100003: (38100003) IPSEC3,Connected,0 KBit/s,Tunnel,, 64 Bit
38100004: (38100004) IPSEC4,Connected,0 KBit/s,Tunnel,, 64 Bit
38100005: (38100005) IPSEC5,Connected,0 KBit/s,Tunnel,, 64 Bit
38100006: (38100006) IPSEC6,Connected,0 KBit/s,Tunnel,, 64 Bit

I encourage you to contact the vendor and inquiry about polling the LAN interfaces over SNMP.

Best Regards,
