We have recently switched over our install to SSL. We use a custom port and I'm wondering if it is possible to setup a redirect from http to https using a custom port.

Hi David,

If you connect to

http://server

you should be automatically redirected to

https://server:port

Please try to connect via HTTP and check if it is working on your side.

Best regards.

Right now, connecting via HTTP doesn't redirect me to HTTPS.

Hi there,

Please navigate to "Setup > System Administration > User Interface" and check which IPs are listed under "Web Server > Currently Active IP Address/Port Combination(s)".

Best regards.
