Unable to Monitor RHEL7 SNMP

WE are running PRTG Network Monitor 16.1.21.1422 x64. When attempting to add snmp monitoring of CPU/Mem/DIsk for RHEL7, we always got the #222 error.

SNMPTester would return the following errors when we attempt to scan the interfaces.

Hello,

Thank you for your KB-post.

Could you please first make sure that SNMP is properly set on your target device?

Please have a look at these guides:

The issue was due to the default access restriction to the system tree information. The linux Administrator replaced the access with non-restriction.

We can now poll successfully.
