Random Error PE015 on multiple different device

Hello,

I have random error Unable to connect: PE015 on multiple different devices.

This problem is really random error, each time with another device and only with WMI sensors

Exemple with WMI sensor, check by 10min:

08:10 => Sensor OK 08:20 => Sensor Error 08:30 => Sensor Ok ... 16:40 => Sensor Error 17:20 => Sensor OK 22:00 => Sensor OK

Are there any detailed logs in PRTG? Why this error is random?

Hey hjbeit,

Thank you for your KB-posting.

As you can see in our Release Notes we recently released a new stable version which includes several fixes for this issue. So, if you still run a version before 17.2.32.2279, please update your installation.

In case, that you already run the latest version. Please open a new support ticket and forward us a support bundle including all log files. This can be done via the "Contact Support" ribbon in the lower right corner of the web interface.
