We are using a proxy which seems to work fine for all things except Paessler. I would really like the auto update to work directly from the console on the server, as i dont want to have to visit your website to mess about getting the latest version and going through the activation process.
I'm trying to submit this ticket via the console and your website in the hope that you can help.
On attempting to contact to the suggested website to test support ticket submission https://api.prtgcloud.com:443 I get the error : {"message":"Missing Authentication Token"}
I am not seeing any errors in my proxy log.
