Hi there,

You can use the "HTTP Advanced" Sensor to monitor a certain webpage for changing HTML-Content:
https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/http_advanced_sensor

You have to activate the "Content Changes > Trigger 'change' notification" option during the creation of the sensor. Afterwards change the scanning interval to an hour, also in the sensor settings. Should the scanning interval of an hour not exist, add it under "Setup > System Administration > Monitoring" (1h). To get a notification, create a "Change Trigger" in the "Notifications"-Tab.

Best Regards.
