Hi all, New user and attempting to use the trial version of PRTG Network Monitor on a Windows 7 box.
After accepting the terms and on the 'initializing license' section, I keep getting a popup for Themida:
an internal exception occurred () Please, contact [email protected]. Thank you!
After pressing o.k., there is a runtime error around "Cannot open file <userdir>\Temp\...random filename...tmp"
Unable to move forward past this after 5 attempts, including restarts and running as an administrator. Any guidance, is there a way to pre-load the trial license from the website in a file somewhere to avoid the problem if that's all it is trying to do?
