Super low bandwidth being reported

I am new to prtg, and still using the free version. Plan to upgrade if I can get the kinks sorted out. I will be mostly monitoring sonicwall firewalls from several remote sites, as well as my on prem sonicwall for ipfix, and snmp. the bandwidth results I am getting are far from accurate though. I have added 4 sonicwalls so far with snmp sensors, and the most any one of those showed for bandwidth was 1Mbps. strange as the 1 site recently upgraded to a 200 up and down fiber connection. I have tried to set ignore overflow, and also set to use only 32bit. this did not help. currently i am using snmpv3. Is there a certain way i need to set this up for sonicwall devices to report properly?

Hi Tykkimies,

Is this the case for all interfaces of the appliance during a rather large download? You could try [ftp://ftp.otenet.gr/test10Gb.db|this 10GB file]] to see if it reflects within the sensors.

Let me know the results!
