Android Connecting Problem

Hello team.

We are having problems to connect to our PRTG server from Android APP.

We are 100% sure about the IP, port and credentials as are the information that we use to connect by web, but on Android APP we are receiving this message:

"Error:

I could not retrieve the passhash. Perhaps your password is wrong?"

The password is not wrong and we could login by APP some days ago...We didn't change anything :S

What could be the problem?

Dear araque_nunsys

In this case, please make sure to use the latest version of the app. Then go to a computer, open the PRTG webinterface, got to Setup / Account Settins / My Account. On the right-hand side you see a QR code. Click it to enlarge.

In the app, select the option to connect via a QR code and scan this code. Can the app now connect?
