Monitor multiple sensors

I would like to monitor multiple specific sensors from different servers and connect them to for example a traffic light on a map.

To be more specific: Next to the specific sensors I would like to monitor other sensors which are not connected to the traffic light of the server to.

Example:

Traphic light A <-- Sensor A, Sensor C and Sensor X <-- Device A

Traphic light A <-- Sensor A, Sensor Z <-- Device C

Traphic light B <-- Sensor A, Sensor B, Sensor C and Sensor X <-- Device A
