Regarding to the Email Notification

I am trying to configure E-mail notification but some how it is not working

I even tried test notification and facing the same issue.

I have followed all the documents in the forums and website but still not working. Please Help.

Hello,

Please copy and paste the error message which is displayed on the Logs | System Events | Notifications page after triggering a test email.

If you're currently using the build-in SMTP server, we highly recommend to switch to an SMTP Relay Server for emails which are sent to external addresses. This can be configured on the
Setup > System Administration | Notification Delivery page.
