Miniprobe for TomCat monitoring on Centos 7

Votes:

Hi. I have a PRTG 15.3.16 version. I want to monitor status and condition of a TomCat 6.043 running on a Centos 6.0 OS into a virtual server (VMWARE ESXi 5.5) I download Mini Probe for Linux distribution, most similar to Centos, but installer failed and of course never tried to connect to PRTG Server.

Could you tell me where can I download most accurate version of TomCat Centos 7 mini probe for this environment?

Regards Luis

Hi Luis,

What actual error do you get within the installer?

Hi, Stephan... here i include error description.

I made a mistake: error produces in the running of the miniprobe, not in the instalation process:

 sudo service prtgprobe start
/etc/init.d/prtgprobe: line 28: log_daemon_msg: command not found
/etc/init.d/prtgprobe: line 29: start-stop-daemon: command not found
/etc/init.d/prtgprobe: line 30: log_end_msg: command not found

What could be?

Kind regards Luis

Unfortunately, it seems that the mini probe is incompatible with CentOS :(
