Add a warning banner to the login screen

I have an organizational requirement to add a warning banner to our various login screens and for our devices. I want to add the warning message to the PRTG login screen just above the "login name:" section but I'm not very handy with HTML/CSS.

How would I go about this in version 17.2.30.1883+? Which files need to be edited?

Hello Kearchnerg,

The current customization approach will soon be deprecated (within version 17.4.35). We strongly recommend that you do no longer put any effort into UI customizations, because they will get lost soon! If you still want to adjust your PRTG pages until the new version is released, you can follow this link for a description.
