Error 106 with table Hardware

https://imgur.com/a/B5NdR Prtg cant show information hardware device. I user prtg monitor server 2003 via WMI. Telnet server target port 135 ok. start service Remote Registry and Remote Procedure Call(RPC) on server target (server 2003) user: administrator error 106???

Hello Long,

Thank you very much for your knowledge base post.

Please update your PRTG to the latest version. Additionally, restart the monitored device. Does it work then?

Hello Long,

Running the latest version of PRTG is always a good approach, because only the latest version is officially covered by our technical support.

I was not aware of the second server, so please let me know if the System Information tab shows correct values after a restart of the monitored server.

What is port for WMI? I have 2 devices. They are windows server 2008. They have same network. I moniter them by WMI. But one device has error table hardware. They have config same
